Quilter, Mary H., age 93, entered eternal life January 10, 2011 after a short illness. She was born July 28, 1917 in Detroit, MI. She served as a Navy WAVE during WWII and was a librarian in the Livonia School system. She is survived by Brendon, her husband, and five children: Brigid Kowalczyk, Mary Page, Christine Brinkman, Elena and Kevin; and her two brothers John Ormond, Cambria, CA and Robert Ormond, Holly, MI; as well as 15 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren who brightened her last years with their frequent visits. Her son Jack predeceased her in 1987. She will be missed by her family and all the church and community friends she valued. Funeral Mass is at Christ the King Catholic Parish in Ann Arbor on Friday, January 14th at 11 AM. Visitation begins at 9 AM at the church. A luncheon reception will follow the Mass.
