Mike was a fighter.  He was a man of honor. We were friends for many years from the time he got into  the brokerage business. Both before his illness & after, he never complained about anything. What a beautiful disposition he always had. Mike was devoted to his family & friends like no one I ever knew. His love of music & of nature led us into several interesting investments some of which I am still involved in. I will miss him always.

Mary my heart is broken for you I'm so sorry for your loss

I was also so glad to see Mike at the last 2 EFHS class reunions. We grew up in the same neighborhood and go back many years. He was a great brother in the LORD and I will surely miss him.

I was so glad I got to talk with Mike at our fifty year high school reunion. He was very positive about his situation and grateful for having lived a full life. God bless you Mike!

Dear Mary Jo this is Doug Burger I'm so sorry to hear of your loss me and Mike go back many many years I always thought he was the smartest person that I knew I'm sorry that we're not friends anymore and I know it's all my fault I would have loved to have visited him I thought of him many many times but I didn't think you or him wanted to see me it had to have been very rough for you these last few years if you need anything I will be more than happy to help you call me sometime

I don’t know how I was ever so fortunate to have Mike swoop into my life, bringing with him beautiful friends and always sharing with us stories of his beautiful family.  Not only did he touch my life and my heart, but he went straight in for the soul at a time that it was hurting, and he lifted it so high, not always an easy thing to do.  Reminding me of our purpose here on this planet to look out for each other and to bring good times.  I’m so grateful for my friendship with Mike and the many times that we brought fun and laughter to so many sweet hearts and souls.    Bravely reminding us what good times are all about.  I will cherish this gift always.

I am so sorry to hear of Mike's passing.   I worked with him at Merrill Lynch.   Such a pleasure to have met and work alongside him.   My condolences to his family.   I'm sad to read this.

I will always remember Mike! We hit it off right from the first time I met him. Mike came to my shows, I went to his shows and we played shows together in the detroit area. I'll remember him as being a fun, energetic as well as nicest guy I've ever met. R.i.p to a hard worker and great stage showman! My condolences to the family. -Nuke

I am just heartbroken to hear that Mike has passed on. You were truly one of a kind. I’ll forever cherish the many great times we shared together and all the fun we had. I grew up with Mike. He was always such a kind soul and I will miss him greatly. So glad he was able to make it to Dearborn Homecoming where I was able to talk to him for awhile and that he made it to our 50th class reunion. I will treasure those moments. Prayers to his family during this difficult time.

Mike was a great guy who always had a smile on his face, even when he wasn’t feeling well.  The last time I saw him was at our 50 year high school reunion.   You’ll be missed Mike.
