It is with immense sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Seena Adrian Sauber on Saturday, August 6, 2016 in Oceanside, California. His untimely departure has shaken and deeply saddened his family, friends, and communities worldwide. Born on December 29, 1996 and always a year younger than his peers, Seena joined the United States Marine Corps at the tender age of 17. He poured his intelligent mind and abundant energy into his new life where he excelled and shined and was able to project the many qualities that set him apart. As a proud Marine, Seena took his education and service to his country very seriously, pushing himself to his limits while climbing to new heights. He possessed an unparalleled ability to lead and his leadership was recognized by his superiors and treated as such. Seena was a breath of fresh air who ignited the hearts, the souls, and the minds of others. He was a humble soul by nature, despite his larger than life presence. Seena will be remembered for his authenticity and unmatched persona. He was a people’s person, a generous individual with a big heart who never discriminated against others. Above all, Seena was a local boy, a true Michigander. He took immense pride in his hometown. He cherished his fond memories at Saline Schools, where he was blessed with wonderful principals, administrators, teachers, and friends whom he absolutely loved and was loyal to. To honor Seena is to carry on his memory in the way he lived: accept others unconditionally; strive to be your best; encourage others to do great things; don’t be afraid to be the life of the party or a little mischievous; and be who you are. In 19 short years, Seena lived life to the fullest. Seena is survived by his parents, Robina and Matthew Sauber; his triplet siblings, Alexandra, Ariana, and Sasha; his grandparents, Sharena, and Khosrow Djavari; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Seena’s family greatly appreciates your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. We welcome all friends to join us to celebrate his life.
