Margaret Kathleen Clemente

Margaret Clemente (nee Rinehart) died peacefully January 3, 2026. Survived by members of her loving family at The Gardens of Scottsdale in Scottsdale, Arizona. The 93 year old mother of six, grandmother of 17 and great-grandmother of 11 was married for 70 years to Joseph Clemente who predeceased her in 2022.

Since Joseph's death, Margaret spent her days in her home, at Baywoods facility in Annapolis, MD, and The Gardens of Scottsdale in Arizona interacting with family and participating in the growth and development of her progeny. A truly religious individual, Margaret was a devout Catholic who frequently went to church and prayed all the time. She was also an outstanding cook who prepared countless great meals for family and friends, and loved music, primarily the old classics like Frank Sinatra.

Margaret who steadfastly worked to ensure family unity is survived by sons Richard and Michael; and daughters Lisa, Lynn, Joyce, and Anne, and her 17 grandchild, and 11 great grandchildren. She is also survived by Richard’s wife, Marcy, Michael’s wife, Jeanne, and Lisa’s husband, David Gard. She was the daughter of Margaret T. and Norman E. Rinehart Sr. of Fort Lee, NJ.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Margaret on January 23, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. in St. John Neumann Church 620 N. Bestgate Road Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Interment Lakemont Memorial Gardens 900 W. Central Avenue Davidsonville, Maryland 21035.
