Ann Clark, born Mary Ann Rasberry on June 3, 1923, died April 1, 2017 in Tuscaloosa at the age of 93 from a stroke. Her graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 4, noon, at Highland Cemetery, David Hodnett officiating. Born in Birmingham, she grew up in Anniston and attended the First Presbyterian Church. She attended the University of Alabama until 1943 when she married Rodney Wendell Clark, a captain in the U.S. Army. After WWII they resided in Anniston and raised 3 children, Babs, Lucy, and Rodney, Jr, Her daughter Babs died in 2004 and husband Rodney died in 2007. Ann has lived in Tuscaloosa since 2011 and is survived by Lucy and Rodney. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to Hospice of West Alabama in Tuscaloosa where she spent her last few days, or Tsnip, an animal rights organization in Tuscaloosa.
