Charity Ann Robinson Stewart

Funeral services for Ann Stewart, 93 of Anniston will be Thursday at 1:00 P.M. at Gray Brown Service Chapel with Jason Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends this evening from 5-7 at Gray Brown Service Mortuary. Mrs. Stewart passed away Sunday in Anniston.

Survivors include daughters Dianne Pyron (Tom) of Tyrone, Ga., Denise Henegar (Tommy) of Eastaboga, sons Tim Stewart (Pat) of Anniston and Jim Stewart of Anniston, eleven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, brother Troy Robinson (Etta) of Jasper, daughter-in-law Sue Stewart and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Stewart is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years Willard Stewart and a son Bill Stewart of Ohatchee, and seven siblings.

Pallbearers will be Trent Stewart, Ronald Wilson, Boyd Scoggins, Jeffrey Pyron, Justin Henegar, Sloan Wilson. Honorary Pallbearers will be Gregory Pyron and Brandon Stewart.

Mrs. Stewart was a lifelong resident of Calhoun County. She was employed with Alabama Dry Dock Shipyard as a welder during WWII. She was the former owner operator of Stewart Service Station, and a member of New Haven Baptist Church.
