She is survived by her daughter, Trish Haynes (Matthew); two granddaughters, Brittney Deweese (Justin) and Brooke Deweese (Jerrod); four great grandchildren, Chris Bean, Brantlee Deweese, Charlee Higginbotham, and Chloe Higginbotham; two sisters, Angie Rogers (Billy) and Shelia Henderson; one brother, Buster Turner (Mary); several nieces and nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband Bobby Groves; her parents Ray and Ann Turner; and an infant son.
She was retired and enjoyed going to yard sales and craft shows and taking care of her fur babies. She loved the Lord and her church family.
Following her wishes of cremation a memorial service will be held at Edgewood Congregational Methodist Church in Anniston on Sunday October 17 at 3pm. Dr. Bill Snow will be officiating.
