Dalton Henry

Funeral service for Everett Dalton Henry, 78, of Weaver, will be 2:00 pm, Sunday, March 3, 2013, at Gray Brown-Service with Rev. Dale Butler and Rev. James L. Owens officiating. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends this evening from 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Mr. Henry died Friday morning at his residence.

Survivors include his wife of 59 years, June Vinson Henry; daughter, Phyllis D. Henry; grandchild, Caitlan Kelly; sisters, Sharon Beabout and husband Don, and Emily Taylor and husband George; brother, Carlton Henry and wife Elizabeth; sister-in-law, Rita Raburn and husband Henry; and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Henry is preceded in death by parents, Berta and Peggy Henry

Pallbearers will be Sonny Clay, Lynn Smith, Clay Cox, Charles Hall, Terrell Andrews and Jack Greenwood. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Shriner Club and the Masons.

Mr. Henry attended Valley Baptist Church. He was a member and past president of the East Alabama Shriners Club since November 22, 1986. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge #241 of St. Charles Missouri. He served four years in The U.S. Air Force.

Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the Shriner Hospital for children.
