3 years ago today you left us. I miss you everyday.

Frankie was my Grandma. She was a woman of independence and opinion. She gave me a home when I had none. Her death will forever be a turning point for my life. Our bloodline has not only passed secrets, but died with secrets as well. In her passing, I will stand strong in my truths. Grandma, thank you for being a bright orange light in my life.

We got to know Frankie from her passion of gardening that she shared with us.  We became friends in Fayetteville, and I would see her in Athens at times.  She was always a delight when we visited, and her social media posts were entertaining.  Now, those times with her will be missed, but memories of her will continue on, as she was a special friend to us and everyone.  Our prayers go out for her and to the family.  

Frankie was one of the sweetest people I've known. I've known her for over 50 years
She will be missed.
