Iamon Lee Frost

Funeral services for Iaman Lee Frost, 90, of Ohatchee will be 2 pm Sunday, January 7, 2024 at Mamre Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Frost and Garry Frost officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1 - 2 pm at the church. Graveside services will be 11 am Monday, January 8, 2024 at Maple Grove Cemetery. Mr. Frost passed away Friday at Jacksonville Health & Rehab.

Survivors include four sons, Garry "Gabby" Frost (Kathy), Tim Frost (Susan), Mike Frost (Kay) and Carl Frost, seven grandchildren, Dana Herren, Sabrina Underwood, Daphne Frost, Trina Frost, Tiffany Curvin, Stephanie Elliott and Dexter Frost, 23 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Mr. Frost is preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Lue Frost, grandsons, Casey Frost and Andy Frost and daughter-in-law, Tammy Frost.

Pallbearers will be Earl Hartsfield, Steve Carter, Jon Herren, Jason Underwood, Chris Curvin and Cole Frost. Honorary pallbearers will be the men of Mamre Baptist Church.

Mr. Frost was a native of Fayette County, Alabama and a resident of Ohatchee for most of his life. He was a member of Mamre Baptist Church. Mr. Frost was a lifetime member of the Pipefitters Local 91 and Local 498 Plumbers and Standpipe fitters union Mr. Frost loved God, his family, fishing, hunting and singing in the choir.
