Weaver– Funeral services for Mrs. Janice Mary Sharon Howard White, age 59, of Weaver will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Lillie and Wayne Hicks officiating. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at Chapel Hill. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. White passed away Monday at her residence.
Mrs. White is survived by her brothers, Glynn (Deborah) Nelson, Charlie Ray Jones, Johnny Jones, Grady (Debbie) Jones, Kenneth Howard, Donald Howard and Adopted brother Wayne (Susie) Carroll; several nieces and nephews; and god-son, Kodi Grubbs.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Mrs. White was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County, attended Saks High School and Gadsden State Community College, and was a member of Joyview Heights Church of God.
Mrs. White was preceded in death by her husband, Jim D. White; brothers, David Howard and Marzell Jones; parents, Nebuchadnezzar and Bessie Howard; nephew, Virgel Smith and god-son, Johnny Jones Jr.
