Jason Hicks

Anniston – Funeral services for Mr. Jason Hicks, 38, of Anniston will be Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Pastor Michael Cox and Dr. Sam Legon officiating with burial to follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 27, 2016 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Hicks passed peacefully on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at his residents.

Mr. Hicks is survived by his father, Gerald Hicks; mother, Patricia Hicks; brothers, Bryan (Teresa) Clark, and Eric (Wendy) Clark; nieces, Breanna Clark, and Katie Clark; nephews, Jordan Clark, Chad Clark, Cody Clark, Ashton Clark, Jayden Clark, and Jaxon Clark; several aunts, uncles, relatives, and friends.

Mr. Hicks was preceded in death by his grandparents, Norman and Doris Smith, Grady and Inez Hicks; uncle, Gary Smith; nephew, Brandon Clark.

Pallbearers will be Eric Clark, Bryan Clark, Jordan Clark, Chad Clark, Cody Clark, Greg Rich, Tyler Rich, and Tony Dalrymple.

Mr. Hicks was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County where he attended Saks High School Class of 1997. He was employed at Anniston Wal-Mart in the Garden Center. He attended Cornerstone Worship Center. He loved Jesus, family, and friends. He was always willing to help others, especially family. Jason truly loved his mother, father, and family. Jason will be truly missed by all who knew him.
