

Funeral Services for Jerry F. Maxwell 65 of Anniston will be Wednesday at 2:00 P.M. at Gray Brown Service Mortuary with Rev. Johnny Maxwell and Rev. Mike Owens officiating. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service. Mr. Maxwell passed away Nov. 2, 2014 at his residence.
Survivors include his daughter Angela Roberts (Michael) of Ohatchee, sons Shane Maxwell (Angie) of Gadsden, Jay Deese (Tammy) of Heflin, brothers Barry Maxwell (Susan) of Altoona, Johnny Maxwell (Kathy) of Attalla, Randy Maxwell of Gadsden, Joey Maxwell of Gadsden, grandchildren Landry Roberts (Sarah), Chanley Ingram (Luke), Jayson Deese, Dakota Battles, Dylan Jones (Lauren), Travis Jones, one great grandchild Nola Brees Roberts, and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Maxwell is preceded in death by his wife of 34 years Vickie Evelyn Maxwell, his parents Larry and Sarah Maxwell and his mother-in-law Cora Mulkey.
Pallbearers will be Landry Roberts, Jayson Deese, Michael Roberts, Luke Ingram, Johnny Mulkey, Blake Nobles, Rick Smalley, honorary pallbearers will be friends of Zero at the Goodyear Plant in Gadsden..
Mr. Maxwell was a native of Gadsden and a resident of Anniston. He was of the Baptist faith. He retired from Goodyear after 28 years. He was a loving husband and father and cherished Pawpaw who filled our life with love and laughter. He will be dearly missed by all that knew him.
