

Funeral services for Mrs. Kari Deigh Foster Trammell, 26, of Weaver, will be Thursday, August 15, 2013, at 1 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with the Revs. Glenn Bonds and Lester Cogollo officiating with burial following at Maple Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. this evening at the funeral home. Kari passed away Monday, August 12, 2013, at UAB after a 26 year battle with Cystic Fibrosis.
Kari is survived by her husband, Christopher Kelby Trammell; parents, Ronald and Sandra Foster, all from Weaver; two sisters, Kasi Foster (her twin) from Mobile and Allison Foster Burgoon and her husband, Jacob, of Jacksonville; grandmother, Shirley Helms, of Weaver; mother and father-in-law, Ben and Dawn Dominguez; aunts and uncles, Ron and Cindy Fair, Glenn and Kathy Davis, Tony and Kim Foster; cousins, Jessica Lee, Jenny, Greg, Deanna and Grayson White, Jeremy, Justin and Kayla Foster; and the loves of her life… Dayton Lee and Jake Parker Burgoon; her lifelong friends, Heather Sizemore and Julia Brim.
Kari was a 2006 graduate of Weaver High School and was known to many as the "Iron Lady" because of her strength and determination to never give up. She had a beautiful smile and inspired many. She will be greatly missed. Pallbearers will be Charles Newman, Eric Newman, Lester Cogollo, Marty Gaston and Billy Gaston. Honorary pallbearers will be the Anniston Police Department Honor Guard.
