Larry Webb

Funeral services for Larry Webb, 69, of Alexandria will be held at 2 pm Thursday, March 17, 2022 at Gray Brown-Service Chapel with Rev. Todd Borders officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 1 – 2 pm at the funeral home.

Survivors include his wife, Dorris Webb, daughter, Emily Suzanne Webb, son, Phillip Webb, mother, Sarah Hughes Webb and his fur babies; Jack, Samson and Penny.

Mr. Webb is preceded in death by his father, Edward Webb and his brother Danny Webb.

Pallbearers will be Steve Findley, Donald Hughes, Chris Calvert, Jarrod Plunkett, Chris Williams and John Hughbanks. Honorary pallbearers will be Buster Plunkett, Ken Calvert, Eddie Slaton, Brandon Thrasher, Mark Brown and Dwight Kirby.

Mr. Webb was a resident of Calhoun County for most of his life. He was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Mr. Webb retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company after 34 years of service. Mr. Webb loved Harley Davidson motorcycles and scuba diving and was a big Alabama fan.
