Lewis Whitlock

Services for Lewis C. Whitlock, 52 of Oxford will be Wednesday at 1:00 P.M. at Gray Brown Service Chapel with Pastor Lawanda Long officiating. Burial will follow at Union Grove Cemetery in Golden Springs. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6-8 at Gray Brown Service. Mr. Whitlock passed away Saturday at the Cancer Treatment in Newnan, Ga..

Survivors include wife Robin Magouirk Whitlock, daughters Tiffany Haynes (Christopher), Natasha Ginn (Ryan), granddaughters Aubree and Kynslee Haynes, grandson Preston Ginn, mother Sarah Daugherty, sisters Jewel Gentry (Larry), Vivian Eargle, Kathy Henderson, Belinda Allinder, Becky Wheeler (Jeff), Elaine Hubbard (Robin), Brother James M. Whitlock, several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Mr. Whitlock is preceded in death by his father James E. Whitlock.

Pallbearers will be Nephews.

Mr. Whitlock was a native of Anniston. He graduated from Oxford High School. He was owner of Whit’s Auction Co. in Attalla. He was a member of Church of Christ. Avid Alabama Fan and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and uncle.
