Madge "Granny" Wallace

Granny is survived by her grandchildren Alisha Lowery (Casey) and Brandon New (Tonya), her great grandchildren Stan Bussey III (Shayna), Jaden New, Jackson New, Brady Shaddix, Emma Shaddix, Kim Bentley, and her great great grandchild Lowery Bussey.

Granny was preceded in death by her daughters Debbie New and Brenda Chumbler.

A visitation for Granny will be held Thursday, February 24, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary & Crematory, 1329 Wilmer Ave, Anniston, Alabama 36201. A graveside will occur Friday, February 25, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Anniston Memorial Gardens, 4000 US Highway 431, Anniston, Alabama 36206.

Granny was a native of Clay County and a resident of Calhoun County. She was the hostess for the Holiday Inn and Downtowner Inn. She enjoyed reading and playing word search. granny worked hard her whole life to provide for her family. She will be greatly missed.
