Mary Lucinda Storey

Funeral service for Mary L. Storey, 82 of Anniston will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary with Rev. Bobby Ray Lipscomb officiating. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Storey died Sunday, January 25, 2016 at her residence.

Survivors include her daughters, Lucinda Harper of Saks, Debra Scoggins (Rickey) of Montgomery; son, John H. Tipton, Jr. (Debbie) of Eastaboga; grandchildren, Scott Scoggins (Denice), Tosha Tipton, Katina Morrison (Shane), Harley Tipton, Kaitlyn Harper and Coltin Harper; great-grandchildren, Draklin Scoggins, Nathan Scoggins, BreAnn Morrison, Bryant Morrison, Elaina Tipton and Demi Harris; and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Storey is preceded in death by her husband, James T. Storey, Jr. and her daughter, Mary “Tina” Brown; parents, Bill and Hulda Hearn; sisters, Peggy Ann Moore and Dorothy Dean Schultz; brothers, Billy Hearn and James "Bobo" Hearn.

Pallbearers will be Tyler Rich, Drakelin Scoggins, Nathan Scoggins, Shane Morrison, Josh McKenzie and James Hearn, Jr.

Mrs. Storey was a member of Hillcrest Baptist and was retired from Classic Ribbon Mill in Anniston.
