Memorial services for Mrs. May Go Moore, beloved Wife, Stepmother, Daughter, Sister, and Aunt passed away on April 21, 2024. She was adored by her family and friends and will be deeply missed by all those whose lives she touched.
Born May 1, 1961, in Baggao Cagayan, Philippines. May grew up in a loving family that installed in her the value of hard work, kindness, and compassion. She carried those qualities with her throughout her life. May’s life was a testament to love and generosity.
May is survived by her loving spouse, Ben Moore; stepchildren; beloved mother, Emerenciana Go; cherished mother-in-law, Juana Moore; five sisters; one brother; grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. May they find solace in the cherished memories they shared with May and in the knowledge that her sprit will forever live on in their hearts.
May now joins her father, Arnulfo Go Sr; and brother, Arnold Go Jr.
May was cherished for her radiant beauty and impeccable sense of style. Her generosity knew no bounds, and her loving nature touched everyone she encountered. She was a devoted wife to Ben Moore for 25 wonderful years, sharing a bond of love and companionship that was truly special. Her love for her husband was unwavering throughout their years together.
A true embodiment of love and compassion, May had a heart of gold. She found joy in shopping and never missed an opportunity to select thoughtful gifts for her loved ones, especially her beloved nieces and nephews, whom she adored as her own children.
To honor May’s life and celebrate her many contributions, memorial services will be held at Chapel Hill Funeral Home on Sunday, April 28, 2024 at 2pm with Rev. Ray Morris officiating. Family will welcome friends to pay their respects from 1-2 pm at the funeral home.
May Go Moore’s legacy will endure through the countless lives she touched with her kindness, compassion, and unwavering love. Her warmth and generosity will continue to inspire those fortunate enough to have known her.
A fellowship meal will be held at 49th Street Baptist Church after services.
