Funeral services for Nancy C. Pierce will be Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at 2:00 at Gray Brown Service Mortuary. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday starting at 12 noon until service. Mrs. Pierce passed away Saturday, August 18, 2018 at her residence.
Survivors include her husband Herbert Pierce, sons Edward Mitchell, Thomas Spurlin, sister Edna Culligan, brothers Benny Mitchell, John Lee Mitchell, Elbert Mitchell, George Mitchell, grandchildren Bradleigh Spurlin, Carson Spurlin, Bailey Mitchell and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Pierce is preceded in death by her parents George and Alma Mitchell, four sisters and two brothers
Pallbearers will be friends and family.
Mrs. Pierce was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County. She loved her husband and her grandchildren and enjoyed the outdoors.
