Nellie Marie Wilkinson

Funeral service for Nellie Marie Wilkinson, 86, of Anniston, Alabama will be 11:00 am, Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home. The Rev. Daniel Harper will be officiating. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends and family from 10 am until service time.

Mrs. Wilkinson passed away at Regional Medical Center.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John Wiley Wilkinson, and her grandson, Michael Snider.

Survivors include her daughters, Dina Abernathy (Scott), Deborah Snider (Dennis); grandchildren, Kristin Moore (Jarid), Collin Abernathy( Ashley); great-grandchildren, Brittany Coll (Nic), John Snider (Halie), Harper Moore, Emerson Kate Moore, Reagan Moore; great-great-grandchildren, Tanner Coll, Sylas Coll, Kyson Coll, Harper Snider, and Winston Snider.

Pallbearers will be Collin Abernathy, Jarid Moore, Randy Haynes, Paul Weems, Lou Trego, and Tommy Cheatwood.

Mrs. Wilkinson was a member of Saks Baptist Church for over fifty years, and retired from Guest Services at the Quintard Mall. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
