Norma Dianne Ashworth

Funeral services for Mrs. Norma Ashworth, 85, of Anniston, will be Friday, January 5th, 2024, 1:00 p.m., at the chapel of Gray Brown-Service Mortuary with Richard O’Connor officiating. Burial will follow at Edgemont Cemetery. Mrs. Ashworth passed away on December 30th, 2023.

Norma was a devoted military wife, mother, and grandmother. She was also a devoted sister to her amazing younger brothers. She loved her family and they meant everything to her. Norma’s life was marked by kindness, compassion, and an unwavering love for her family. Her infectious laughter and genuine spirit touched the lives of many, leaving an indelible mark on those fortunate enough to know her.

She is survived by her children, Theresa Beasley (Gary), Donna Thee (Andy), Kenneth Ashworth (Christina); brothers, Gary Tipton and his wife Gilda, Lilburn Tipton and his wife Trini; grandchildren, Jamie Rencher, Chris Davidson, Heath Davidson, Brandy Davidson, Ashley Davidson, Spence Beasley (Holly), Angela Coppock (Bryan), Amanda Snyder, Megan Hunt (Jason), Tyeson Thee, Garret Thee, Melanie Woodall (Matt), Jesse Ashworth (Brittany) Whitney Tate (Derrick), Kenneth Ashworth (Ashley), Kayla Kristoff (Andrew), Brendan Ashworth, Ryenne Ashworth; several great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Ashworth is preceded in death by her parents, Toby and Hazel Tipton; husband, Charles C. Ashworth; brothers, Morris Tipton, Robert Tipton; sons, Ricky Davidson, Marcus Ashworth; grandson, Ricky W. Snyder.

Pallbearers will be Spence Beasley, Tyeson Thee, Bryan Coppock, Jesse Ashworth, Jason Hunt, and Kip Snyder.
