Richard Aderholt

Richard is survived by his wife of 59 years, Carolyn Aderholt; sons Kevin Aderholt (Stacey); and Keith Aderholt; granddaughter Breanna Aderholt, nephews Allen Nunnally, Gene Walker, Louise Butler, Larry Walker and Steve Houston, nieces Shelia Bentley, Gwen Horne and Betty Sue Shafer .

Richard was preceded in death by his father Jack Aderholt and mother Irene White Hembree; brother Edward Aderholt; sisters Dot Nunnally, Elizabeth Walker and Bobbie Houston.

Funeral services for Richard will be Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 11:00 am at Saks First Baptist Church with Pastor Todd Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at Eulaton Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, March 12, 2021 from 6:00 pm till 8:00 pm at Gray Brown Service Mortuary.

Pallbearers will be Daryl Howard, Rick Barthel, Fed Chapman, Dave Bentley, David Bentley and Phillip Laymon.

Richard was a lifelong resident of Calhoun County and a member of Saks First Baptist. He retired from Monsanto after 34 years of service. Richard was an avid bowler and golfer and he was an all-star football player for Jacksonville High School. He loved his children and he will be greatly missed.
