A memorial service for SGT. Robert Alan Mack will be Thursday, June 16th, 2022, 2:00 p.m., in the chapel of Gray Brown Service Mortuary. The family would like to welcome friends one hour prior to the service time.
Robert is survived by his children, SGT. Kevin Lee Mack and his wife April, Lauren Elizabeth Mack, Kyle Alan Mack; his grandchildren, Autumn, Amethyst, and Amelia Mack; his sister, Sharon Peoples.
Mr. Mack is preceded in death by his wife, Joan Box Mack; his parents, Robert Earl and Dorothy Dye Mack; his sister, Charlotte Ann Mack.
Robert was a U.S. Army veteran and also worked as a truck driver, police officer, and security guard before retiring. He was born and raised in Ohio, but met his beautiful wife Joan while based at Fort McClellan in Anniston. He loved his country, rock music, cars, motorcycles and could fix just about anything that needed fixing. He was the best dad and pop anyone could ever have and will be missed terribly.
