Ronald Lewis Nunnally

Funeral service for Ronald (Runt, Bubbie) Nunnally, 52, of Alexandria will be Wednesday at 11:00 at Gray Brown Service Chapel with Rev. David Phillips and Rev. Norris Brooks officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends today from 5:00-7:00 at Gray Brown Service Mortuary. Mr. Nunnally passed away Sunday from an extended illness surrounded by his family.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda Nunnally of Alexandria; step-sons, Joshua Williams (Adeline of Colorado, Justin Williams (Kerry) of Altoona; grandchildren, Richard Williams, Ashton Witt; great grandchild, Jayden Witt; sisters, Donna Washington (Jim) of Eastaboga, Al., Kathy Hamilton (Steve) of Athens, Al;, several nieces and nephews and several aunts and uncles, with a very special aunt, Joyce Nunnally.

Mr. Nunnally is preceded in death by his parents, Lewis (Tootsie) and Syble Nunnally; brother, Donald Nunnally; sister, Diann Ollis; two uncles, Rev. Jimmy Nunnally and Bill Nunnally.

Pallbearers will be Robert Penrod, Keith Nunnally, Chris Tidwell, Timmy Nunnally, Shane Parker, Landon Holly, Nick Humphries. Honorary Pallbearers will be Stateman Baggett, Butch Gilmore, Larry Mills.

Mr. Nunnally was a lifelong resident of Calhoun County. He retired from Dynamic Security and was of the Baptist Faith. He loved to fish and was an avid Alabama Football Fan and Nascar Fan. Special thanks to Alacare Hospice and Nurse Kelly.
