Ronald Dean Stone

Funeral service for Ronald D. Stone, 56, will be Friday, July 10, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Gray Brown Service Mortuary with the Rev. Charles Parris officiating. Burial will follow at Forestlawn Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday tonight from 5 - 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Stone passed away Tuesday at his residence.

Survivors include his wife, Nan Stone; daughters, Lannette Kendall (Jonathan), Shay Ledbetter (Johnathan); son, Chris Trapp (Candace); sister, Diane Hughes (Randy); brothers, Dale Stone (Lucy), Donald Stone (Nancy), Eddie Stone (Tammy); grandchildren, Harley Kendall, Hailey Kendall, Bookie Ledbetter, Kolbolt Ledbetter and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Stone is preceded in death by his parents, Phillip and Ruth Stone; brothers, Winston and Leon Stone and a sister, Sandra Taylor.

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Kendall, Johnathan Ledbetter, Wayne Taylor, Sean Pointer, Perry Lackey, Heath Pearson, Bill Dooley and Jesse Doyle. Honorary pallbearers will be Dalton Watson and Dakota Waites.

Mr. Stone was a lifelong resident of Calhoun County. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
