Funeral Services for Ms. Sherri Leigh Kadle, 50 of Anniston, will be March 18, 2022, 11 am at Grace Fellowship Church at 860 Summerall Gate Rd., Fort McClellan. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service at the church. Rev. Carlton Weathers will be officiating. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens.
Ms. Kadle is survived by her parents, Paul and Donna Kadle; brother and sister-in-law, David and Jessica Kadle; niece, Elizabeth Carol Kadle; and nephew, Jack Edward Kadle; uncle, Gary Pitts; aunt, Catherine Johnson and uncle Steve Johnson and his wife Joann.
Sherri was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ed and Gatha Pitts; Hoyt Kadle and Emma Kadle; aunt, Bernice Pitts.
Pallbearers will be Frank Crow, Ken Morgan, Carlton Brown, Wayne Snow, Jack Amberson, and Steve Sullivan.
She was a lifelong resident of Calhoun County. Sherri lived with her parents for 36 years and 14 years at Alexandria One Group Home with her caregivers and friends. Sherri was a client at the United Cerebral Palsy Center of Anniston from the age of 2 until her recent illness.
She was a student in Calhoun County Schools Multi Handicapped program and received a Graduation Certificate from Alexandria High School. She was an honorary member of First Baptist Church of Saks and of Grace Fellowship Church. Sherri had a smile and hug for everyone she met. She also had many wonderful adventures with her family and her friends.
We would like to thank the special caregivers, Rebecca Brown, Barbara Sullivan, Ernestine Shelborne and many others. In addition, a special thanks to the 4th floor RMC Noland Hospital Staff and Anniston Health and Rehab and Encompass Hospice for their loving and tender care.
Flowers will be accepted or a donation to East Central Alabama Cerebral Palsy in her honor.
