

Susan Johnson Webb, 71, went into the arms of Jesus on May 14th, 2026 surrounded by family. Her celebration of life will be Sunday May 17th, 2026 at 3:00 at Chapel Hill. Family will start receiving visitors at 1:30 at Chapel Hill. Due to scheduling conflicts at Eulaton Church a graveside service will be on Monday, May 18th, 2026 at 11:00 at Eulaton Church.
Susan was born March 26th, 1955 in Anniston, Alabama to James (Jimmy) and Wynelle (Wynn) O’Kelley Johnson. She was the youngest of four siblings.
Her love for children and senior adults lead her to serve as a paraprofessional at Wellborn Elementary School and she taught K-4 at Jacksonville Christian Academy. As well as many Sunday school classrooms as well as serving as senior adult director at New Haven Baptist Church.
Susan was a devoted wife to her husband of 52 years Mickle Webb. They were high-school sweethearts and have been together a total of 57 years. She loved the family that they built together deeply. She was the anchor that held us all together. She was an incredible mother to 2 children Michele and Joey. Her most prized roll was Meme. She was Meme to 6 grandchildren however she was Meme to anyone and everyone around.
Susan Webb loved Jesus and trusted Him daily. She instilled in all of us that same love for Jesus and faith in Him to move mountains. We will all remember all the amazing memories we made with Meme and all of the things she taught all of us.
Susan is proceeded in death by her parents James and Wynelle Johnson, her mother and father in law Nona Jacks Webb and Joe W. Webb, her sisters Gail Johnston and Paige Snider and her brother Neal Johnson. Susan is survived by her husband Mickle Webb, daughter Michele Cupp(Andrew), son Joey Webb, and 6 grandchildren Joeley Key (Austin),Briah Epps (Brody), Kylie Cupp, Lynnea Webb, Jevan Webb and Talitha Webb. She has a great granddaughter Brandley Mae Epps.
I know the Lord welcomed her with open arms saying “Well done my good and faithful servant.”
2 Timothy 4:7-8 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearance.
