Sylvia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her family was of utmost importance as she constantly poured genuine love into each member. Sylvia spent her life following Christ and serving Him daily. She set such a Godly example for her entire family and community as she was the oldest living member at the Calvary Temple Assembly of God. Her parents were the founders of that great church and Ms Mundy carried the torch there for her Lord for many years.
The family would like to say a special word of thanks and gratitude to Lynda Lynn, who served Sylvia as her personal caregiver for the last year. Also, the staff at the Anniston Health and Rehab Center is to be commended for all of their love and service to Sylvia as they brought so much comfort to Ms Mundy for the last several months. Last, but not least, the Mundy family also wishes to thank Enhabit Hospice for doing such a beautiful job in caring for Sylvia in her final days.
