Theresa Gail Woodrow Dickson

Funeral services for Theresa Gail Woodrow Dickson, 67 of Talladega will be Wednesday at 11:00 at Praise and Worship Church of God with Rev. Sylvester Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Edwardsville Cemetery. The family will receive friends this evening from 5-8 at the Church. Mrs. Dickson passed away Sunday at her residence surrounded by her family.

Survivors include her husband James Dickson, daughters Ginger P. Silva and Barbie Dickson Johnson, son Jimmy Shane Parker, sisters Evelyn Helms (Gary), Karen King (Clark), Vickie Forrest (James), brothers Thomas Woodrow, Richard Woodrow, Bobby Woodrow, Joe Woodrow (Gail), sister in laws Margaret Woodrow, Silvia Dickson Easterwood, Donna Gresham, 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Dickson is preceded in death by her parents Herbert and Carrie Woodrow, daughter Wendy Gail Parker, brother’s Carlos Woodrow and Millard Mickey Woodrow and six other siblings.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Shane Parker, Joshua Shane Parker, Richard Woodrow, Bobby Woodrow, Joe Woodrow, Justin Toland, honorary pallbearers will be Gabriel Silva (Lil Man).

Mrs. Dickson was a resident of Talladega and the owner operator of North Street Florist. She was heavily involved with the American Cancer Society. She was the best wife, mother and grandmother in the world.
