

Todd’s life will be commemorated in a Memorial Service on October 23, 2023 at the esteemed Chapel Hill Funeral home in Anniston, Alabama with visitation beginning at 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. followed by the service at 2:00 P.M. Jay Parrack will be officiating.
Todd honorably served his country for 20 years in the United States Army, embodying the values of duty, honor, and sacrifice. Following his military service, he embarked on a successful career as a truck driver, traveling coast to coast for two decades.
A man of steadfast devotion, Todd was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.His family held a special place in his heart, and he took immense pride in guiding, supporting and cherishing each and every one of them. He leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and unwavering commitment. Beyond his professional and family pursuits, Todd found solace and joy in the art of woodworking. With skilled hands and a creative spirit, he crafted beautiful pieces that served as testaments to his craftsmanship and passion.
Todd was survived by his wife Tinia Wheeler of 22 years, Casey (Shane) Thompson of Oxford, Al,, Adam (Kasey) Smith of Bonaire, GA, , Brenda Smith of Pierre, South Dakota, Larry (Jessica) Smith of Laurel Hill, Fl, , Tim Wheeler of Eau Claire, Wi, , Kandra (Jeff) Gervais of Charlton, Massachusetts, Samantha (JonRoss) Nelson of Oxford, Al. Along with Grandchildren, Zachery Huffman, Gabrielle Huffman, Lucas Smith, Tristan Smith, Joseph Keller, Katlynn Keller, James Smith, Charlie Smith, Charles Gronberg, Cecelia Gronberg, Connor Smith, Logan Gervais, Thea Gervais, Aaron Nelson, Gabriel Tucker, Kyree Tucker, Alex Nelson and Tanner Boggs. With great grandchildren Levi Dover and Bayleigh Stone.
Todd was preceded in death by his parents Richard and Lenoa Wheeler and his son Brandon Smith.
