Survived by Wife of 9 years, Mary (nee Cermak); Children, David (Kelley), Brian, Donna (Bob) Koch, Brenda (Jim) Helmuth, Barb (Jon) Anderson, Bilinda (Brandon) Hiatt, Christine (Eric) Swierczek, Steven Shidla; 15 Grandchildren; 3 Great-grandchildren.
