Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Jacob and Gertrude Weber; husband, Richard Lynch.
Frances is survived by her daughters, Patricia Johnson and Cheryl Smith; grandchildren, Brian, Wyatt, Travis, Clinton and Angela; great-grandchildren, Aislyn and Adrian.
Private family service will be held.
