Age 54, died suddenly of a massive heart attack January 19, 2013. Survived by loving wife of 28 years, Ann; son, Corey (fiancée, Emily); daughter, Kayla; parents, Donald and Elaine; sister, Dawn; many other relatives and close friends. Jay was a 31 year employee of General Mills. Active member and confirmation mentor at Grace Lutheran Church.
