John Blake passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at the age of 80. John was a 52 year member of Riverside Masonic Lodge 862 in Riverside, Illinois, a 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason, a member and past President of the Zuhrah Shrine Horsemen.
John was preceded in death by his wife Marge (Osendorf), parents Powell and Carol Blake (McCombs), Converse, IN and his sister, Suzanne (Sherman), Kokomo, IN.
John is lovingly remembered by his son Todd Blake (Holly), Andover, MN, daughter Amy Grandberry (Darnell), Brooklyn Park, MN, four wonderful grandchildren Sophie and Parker Blake, Tyler and Hailey Grandberry, his sisters Caroline (Kelly), San Marcos, CA and Virginia Wennerlyn, Kokomo, IN.
The visitation (12:00 noon) and Masonic memorial service (1:00 p.m.) will be held at Gearhart Funeral Home, 552 East River Road, Anoka on Saturday, January 16.
