Age 27, of Champlin, passed away peacefully August 4, 2017 surrounded by family in Waco, Texas due to injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident on July 30, 2017.
He is preceded in death by his Grandfathers, Donald Jaeger and Morris Jenson.
He is survived by Parents, David and Theresa; Siblings, Stephanie (Tim) Szulc, Brandon (Sue), Sean (Emily), Melissa (Zach); Grandmothers, Margaret Jaeger and Yvonne Jenson; a large crew of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, and Nephew.
Patrick was loved by all who ever met him. He lived life to the fullest. He is a Navy Seal, a sniper, and a helicopter pilot. He is a hero to his family, friends and country.
