She died Friday, February 5, 2016 at Maryhaven Nursing Home in Glenview, Illinois.Mrs. D'Alessandro was a homemaker .Agatha is survived by her children Nick (Priscilla) D'Alessandro, Joan (the late Chester) Prazuch and Marilyn (John) Pecho; her five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her husband, John J. D'Alessandro; and her parents.Visitation from Noon until 6:00 pm, Sunday, February 7, 2016 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois, and Monday, February 8, 2016 from 10:30 am, until time of Funeral Mass at 11:30 am, at St. Emily Catholic Church, 1400 E.
