Barbara J. Oglesbee

Of Arlington Heights  

Barbara J. Oglesbee was born March 28, 1956 in Chicago to Thomas and Evelyn (nee Keen) Ceglarek.  She died March 16, 2018 at her home in Arlington Heights.     

Barb was a nurse at Northwest Community Hospital, as well as a volunteer for the Buddy Foundation.  She was an animal enthusiast, an avid gardener and loved Mickey Mouse.  She was happiest when visiting Walt Disney World.     

Barb is survived by her ex-husband Keith Oglesbee; her children Katie, Kevin, Brian and Brooke; her golden retrievers Summer and Tommy; many aunts, uncles and cousins and by her mother.  

She is preceded in death by her sister Linda Neuman and by her father. 

Visitation Friday, March 23, 2018 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights and 9:00 AM Saturday, March 24, 2018 at St. Edna Catholic Church, 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights until time of mass at 10:00 AM.  Interment at All Saints Cemetery.
