Bruce Alan Vosburgh was born on August 23, 1951, in Des Plaines, Illinois to Stanley and Agnes (nee Ahrensdorf) Vosburgh. He passed Friday, November 12, 2021, at Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights, IL with his family by his side.

Bruce grew up in Des Plaines where he attended Maine West High School and later became a longtime resident of Arlington Heights. He was a project manager for Phillips Lighting.

He cherished his family time, especially outings with Quinn and Asher, and could always be counted on to assist with family projects. He enjoyed bicycling, golf, and was an active volunteer for the Frontier Days festival. He was a member of the Boy Scouts of America and Des Plaines Yacht Club.

Bruce is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Gloria Smith Vosburgh; loving father of Kevin (Megan), Heather, and Scott Vosburgh; cherished grandfather of Quinn & Asher Vosburgh; dear brother of Keith (Linda) Vosburgh; loving uncle of Michael Smith; and fond brother-in-law of Janet Smith.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Craig (Betsy) Vosburgh.

Memorial visitation from 9:00 am until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 am, Friday, November 19, 2021, at St. Edna Catholic Church, 2525 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights, Illinois. Committal following Mass at All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.
