Celeste Cooper was born on August 28, 1956, in Elgin, Illinois to Edward and Loretta (nee Broniecki) Cooper. She died Friday, July 9, 2021, at her home.
Ms. Cooper was an office administrator for a roofing company in Palatine.
Celeste is survived by her daughter, Caitlin Neilson; and her sister, Claudette (Ken Ligon) Cooper.
She was preceded in death by her husband Tim Neilson; her parents, her sister, Betty A. Vandy, and her brother, Ronald E. Cooper.
Memorial visitation from 9:00 am until time of Mass at 10:00 am, Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at St. James Catholic Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights, Illinois.
