Conrad Kotowski was born November 13, 1933 in Poland to Stanislaw and Anna (nee Czajka) Kotowski. He died December 4, 2019 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.
Conrad is survived by his wife Helen (nee Kowalski) Kotowski, his children Rich Kotowski, Edward (Jill) Kotowski, Annette Kotowski; his grandchildren Brant (Gina), Daniel, Amy, Brittany (Conrad), Kimberly, Drew and Alex; his sister Theresa (late Al) Tomala.
Conrad is preceded in death by his siblings Christine (late Ed) Bomba and Kazimir Kotowski and by his parents.
Visitation Friday, December 6, 2019 from 3:00 until 8:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights and 10:00 AM Saturday, December 7, 2019 at St. Mary Parish, 10 N. Buffalo Grove Road, Buffalo Grove until the time of Mass at 11:00 AM.
Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
