Donna Prelletz

Donna Prelletz was born March 11, 1960 in LaGrange, IL. She died April 15, 2015 at her home in Wheeling, IL.Donna graduated from Bradley University and worked as a nurse for Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL for 29 years.Donna is survived by her husband Jeffrey Prelletz; her children Andrew and Christopher Prelletz; her sister Ginny (John) Opsahl; her brother in law Thomas (Rose) Prelletz; her nephews Timothy, Spenser, Benjamin, her niece Kristen; her mother Georgene (nee Guzzardo) Besse and by her father in law Robert Prelletz.Donna is preceded in death by her grandparents Mariano and Virginia Guzzardo and her mother in law Wilma Prelletz.Visitation Sunday, April 19, 2015 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Funeral service, Monday April 20, 2015, St. Paul Lutheran Church, 100 S.
