Elaine Franz, passed away peacefully on February 16, 2026, at the age of 95. Born on April 12, 1930, she devoted her life to her family and to the simple joys that brought her happiness. She was married to her beloved husband, Arthur Franz, for 40 years until his passing in 1992.
Elaine was a loving Mother to Karen (Mike) Torbik and Gail (Steve) Lawless, a proud Grandmother to Katie (Chad), Megan (Bret), Kristy (Tyrel), Ashley (Kenny), and Shelley, a cherished Great-Grandmother to Mikey and Melanie, and loved by her Niece and Nephew, Janet and Keith (Kerry).
Her family was her greatest joy, and she showed her love in heartfelt ways — tending her garden with patience, preparing home-cooked meals that gathered everyone around the table, spending quiet time coloring, and faithfully keeping up with her favorite soap operas.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her, and is now reunited with her beloved husband.
