He died November 8, 2016 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.Brendan served in the Army during the Korean War." He was a sales representative for DuPont and Day-Glo Companies." Brendan was a graduate of and later a volunteer recruiter for Seton Hall University." He was a rabid Yankees fan." He served in the diaconate for the Archdiocese of Chicago for 27 years." His greatest enjoyment was for the last 30 years, he decorated his yard with his son for Halloween.Deacon Brendan is survived by his children Elizabeth Foley-Roland, Brendan "BJ" (Kristen) Foley; his brothers Quentin (Ann) Foley and Brian (Mary) Foley.Brendan is preceded in death by his siblings Adrian "Bud" (late Mary) Foley, John "Jack" (late Pauline) Foley, Irene Foley, Stephen (Patricia) Foley.Visitation Friday, November 18, 2016 from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N.
