James J. Mulligan, Jr. was born on July 1, 1954, in Chicago, Illinois to James and Mary (nee Oberding) Mulliagn. He died Friday, August 6, 2021, at Elevate Care Niles in Niles, Illinois.
James is survived by his brother, Steven (Maryellen) Mulligan. He was preceded in death by his parents.
