She died Thursday, December 18, 2014 at Northwest Community Hospital Midwest Palliative CareCenter in Arlington Heights, Illinois.Mrs. Ward was an Executive Assistant for Arlington Park Race Track for over 30 years before retiring.Janice is survived by her son, James William (Mary) Ward, her daughters, Leigh Ann (Joseph Sr.) Mazzone, Jody R. (Thomas) Musielak, and Susan J. (Thomas) Budinger: her grandchildren Kaleigh Mazzone, Joseph Mazzone, Jr., James Milner, Courtney Milner, Leonard Musielak, Teresa Musielak, and Jessica Budinger; her sister, Joyce Smith, and her brother Richard (Evelyn) Witt.She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd W. "Bill" Ward; her parents and her brother William Witt.Visitation from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Monday, December 22, 2014 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N.
