Lois Kathryn Armour

of Mount Prospect, IL

Lois Kathryn Armour, 74, of Mount Prospect, Illinois died Saturday, June 17, 2023, at home. She was born on December 11, 1948, in Wheeling, Illinois to Carl and Alma Lindberg.

Ms. Armour was physical therapy assistant employed with the Moorings for over 20 years and formerly with the Presbyterian Homes in Evanston for many years. She earned her master's degree in Gerontology from Roosevelt University at the age of 52.

Lois was a volunteer delivery driver for Meals on Wheels. She enjoyed planting and digging in her garden, but her greatest love was her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Bobby (Kasi) Armour, her daughter, Tracy Armour; and her grandchildren Charlie, Rachel, and Paige Fernandez, and William Gilson.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her former husband, Robert Armour.

Funeral services and entombment were private.
