Just found out about Patty today 1/6/2018.
It broke my heart that I was not able to give my sympathy to her children. She was a wonderful person to know and a great mother to her boys. Also a great neighbor to my parents,
Jack and Marilyn Decker. She looked after everyone. Her boys were great childhood friends to my son. Where does the time go. When I think
about my son's childhood, Patty in be in that memory. I know she has a seat right next to my Dad welcoming everyone to their next journey.
God Bless her family. She got a great seat to view everyone. Nice to know she can travel with Jake and I. Will be missed.

I worked with Patti's mother, brother and sister and when she would stop in the office, there was always a smile on her face. She had so much joy in her heart and a real sense of humor. My hesrt goes out to her husband and children, as well as her brothers and sisters.Rest in Peace, Patti, as you join your mom and dad in their heavenly home.  Georgia O'Bryan, KY

Pat was a special lady. My first memories of her were when were both 9 years old and competing in the County 4-H speech contest. This started a friendly rivalry that lasted til high school with one of the two of us winning each year. It was fun to finally see her all the time when we got to NCHS. We ended up working together in plays for English and even having a speech class together. Her how to  speech that year was how to give yourself an insulin shot and  half the football players passed out in class. I don't think Pat's real intent for that speech was humor but most of us thought that was pretty funny. We lost touch during college but it was always fun to hear her laughter at our class reunions. The next class reunion won't be the same without her great personality. My deepest sympathy for her entire family and very close friends. She will be missed by many but you all will feel the void of her larger than life personally the most.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to Patti's family and Jim Kafka. We enjoyed our get- togethers with you. We will miss you dearly!

When I met Patti, she was an active member of the Rolling Meadows Jaycees, a member of the Rolling Meadows Library board and the community as a whole.  I was glad to see Patti a couple of years ago at the WINGS Purple Tie Ball Hyatt in Schaumburg.

Patti had a laugh that was contagious.  I remember Patti's jokes, laughter and telling me every time we met up I did not have a husband.  After about 7 years or so, Patti did meet the real Mr. Kent Williams, in an elevator of all places!

Patti, you will be missed.
