Ray E. Revera

Ray E. Revera was born August 30, 1927 in Chicago, he passed away November 16, 2023. He was the beloved husband of the late Bernadette (nee Kaminski) Revera; loving father of the late David (Coreen) Revera, Renee (Perry) Morelli, Maria (David) Wasowicz and the late Randall Revera; cherished grandfather of the late Nathan (Michele), Justin (Kelly Mastera), Tracy, Lindsay (Phil), Casey and Hope; great grandfather of Ann Marie, Mckenna, Madison, Mason, Morgan, Landon, Carson, Hudson, Destiny, Breeze, Gio; fond brother of the late Stephanie, late Albina and late Carl; dear son of the late Jakob and late Harriet.

After he retired from ITW in the tool and die industry, Ray worked as an Usher for the Chicago Cubs for over 30 years. He always had a smile on his face and loved to tell jokes and stories. Ray loved animals, especially dogs. He enjoyed playing cards and having a glass of red wine or a good margarita. Family and friends were very important to him and he enjoyed spending as much time as possible with them.

Visitation Monday, November 20, 2023 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights and Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at St. Alphonsus Liguori Catholic Church, 411 N. Wheeling Road, Prospect Heights, from 9:30 AM until the time of Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment private.
