

Richard Lunardini was born July 17, 1927 in Chicago to Victor and Bernice (nee Benedetti) Lunardini." He died August 31, 2016 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.Richard worked at Vic and Sons Tavern from 1948 " 1952, then for Craftsman Custom Metal Fabricators from 1952 " 1989." By the end of his career he was supervising over 100 employees." He was a member of the American Legion of Morton Grove, a long time volunteer for Meals on Wheels, Boy Scouts of America and was a Care Minister at St. Edna"s." He enjoyed traveling and playing golf, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.Richard is survived by his wife Jeanette (nee Watson) Lunardini; his children Michael (Deborah) Lunardini, Anthony (Sharlene) Lunardini, Vicki (Steven) Schwarz and Marc (Stacy) Lunardini; his grandchildren Christopher (Claire), Nicholas (Carlye), Andrew (Nikki), Kevin (Shannon), Robert (Nicole), Brian (Stacy), Scott, Stephanie (Michael) Spiewak, Richard Schwarz and Sofia; his great grandchildren Gabriel, Eric, Evelyn, Norah, Ingrid, Abby and Emma and Henry and Hazel Spiewak.Richard is preceded in death by his sister Hazel Lunardini and by his parents.Visitation Tuesday, September 6, 2016 from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N.
